In 2018 I found myself in a state of profound unease, experiencing chronic pain, panic, and hypervigilance, which led me to a dark place in my life.


The conventional path offered no relief, prompting me to explore holistic alternatives. Through this journey, I rediscovered myself. 


It's a profound realisation to recognise the need to let go of old stories and take responsibility for your life.

This shift in mindset often marks the beginning of personal growth and empowerment. 

I've come to realise the importance of self-love, a supportive environment, and the role they played in my own healing journey.

Through my experiences, I've created a safe space where others can comfortably remove their masks and be genuinely themselves.

It is gratifying to offer this support, as it allows individuals to express themselves freely and authentically.

By fostering such an environment, I aim to contribute positively to your well-being and provide an environment where people can connect, share, and grow together. This journey of self-love and authenticity is ongoing, and I'm committed to continuing to create a space where individuals feel accepted and understood.

In the year 2022, I successfully completed my Counselling Diploma. This achievement represents a significant milestone in my professional and personal growth, signifying my commitment to acquiring the necessary skills and knowledge to support others effectively.

The path to self-discovery is never easy, and that's why I'm here to guide and support those in need.

I base my therapeutic approach on the person-centered philosophy, inspired by the teachings of Carl Rogers. This method revolves around acknowledging the unique subjective experiences of individuals and recognizing their inherent capacities for self-awareness, self-direction, and personal growth.

In this framework, I firmly believe that the power to instigate positive change resides within each person's inner being. By fostering a supportive and empathetic therapeutic environment, my goal is to empower clients to delve into their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. This includes incorporating breathwork, meditation, movement practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
